A finance and law graduate, who hails from an entrepreneurial family, you could say Alex was somewhat destined to run his own business. Having qualified as a chartered certified accountant, before specialising in Property Tax, he now leads our practice alongside his wife Steff.

Outside of work Alex loves to keep active and spend time with his family. You will find him watching or playing football, going on runs down the beach or in the sauna!

Originally from Surrey, Steff studied Finance & Law (where she met Alex) – having previously worked as a Trainee Solicitor, assisting landlords with debt recovery, she brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to IWN, and works closely with clients and landlords to provide Property Tax advice.

Steff is a mother of two little ones. She loves cooking for her family and friends, as well as spending time at the beach.

Junaid is a certified accountant who joined the firm in February 2023 with vast experience in accounts and tax affairs. His comprehensive knowledge has allowed him to ensure high standards are maintained with all clients.

Besides accountancy, in his spare time he has a keen interest in many sports including Football and Cricket and is looking forward to Man Utd dominating football again.

Jenny is the office manager at IWN Accountancy. Having spent the past seven years in the accountancy industry, she understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients. As well as great understanding of accountancy processes, regulations, and best practices. In Jenny’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family which includes her sons which keep her very busy!!

She has a passion for Formula One racing and house renovations.

Harriet joined the IWN team in December 2023 as a Bookkeeper. She has 9 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting, which allows her to prepare accurate records and provide assistance to the rest of the team.

Outside of work Harriet is kept busy by her two little boys and enjoys exploring the Dorset countryside and coastline with her family.

Ben is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in finance and management consulting. In April, he launched IWN-Analytics and now jointly leads the venture as Director of Analytics alongside Alex.

He brings a wealth of knowledge in analytical tools and specialises in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and two children, watching football and going to the gym.

Helen’s career in Travel and Tourism with Bath Travel came to an end when she became a mother. She chose to be a full time mum to Alex and his older siblings whilst helping out in the family business, as the kids grew up and didn’t need her so much!

She’s now eager to take on a new role and is delighted to join Alex and the IWN team.

Outside of work she’s the proudest of Grandmas, loves family time and especially enjoys her home and garden.

With 18 years of experience in small practice, including four years leading a team of accountants, Amad brings practical expertise and a collaborative approach to his work.

As a parent to five-year-old twins who are being home-educated, he enjoys spending his free time reading to them, cycling, and exploring the Northeast coast on family walks.

When not with family, he relaxes through gardening, DIY projects, and an occasional game of snooker.

Conway joined the team having previous experience in accountancy practice and with a Professional Diploma in Accounting. IWN are supporting him to become a chartered certified accountant with ACA, to further develop his accountancy and tax knowledge to provide clients with the best service possible.

He enjoys keeping active outside of work, travelling and exploring new places and has a keen interest in all thing’s car related.

Michaela joined IWN in February 2025. She is a mathematics graduate with six years bookkeeping experience working with clients across a broad range of industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to her role.

Michaela is a mum of one and enjoys walks in nature, puzzles, books and gardening. She holds an RHS Diploma in Horticulture and spends much of her spare time at her allotment growing fruit and veg for her family.

Julie joined the IWN Accounting team in Feb 2025 as a Client Experience Co-ordinator. Having spent 20 years in the Corporate Banking world, she has a good overall understanding of accounting practices and recognises the importance of building strong client relationships

Outside of work Julie enjoys spending time with her family, including spending many hours on the sidelines watching her son play football, as well as travelling.

Ollie joined IWN in April 2025, after four years of self-employed bookkeeping working with property clients.

After training with ACCA he took an involved interest in property groups to be able to fully support his clients with knowledge and understanding that went beyond just bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Ollie is the face behind local and online communities and enjoys facilitating spaces that bring people together.

He also continues to follow his interests in Historical Archaeology, for which he holds a degree.
