I contacted IWN with regards to a Pension tax refund issue, not only did they give me a first class service with very easy e mail process, I personally want to say a very big thank you to Jenny  Shepherd who was absolutely outstanding with my issue. Great Company and employees.

I can't describe the relief I feel knowing my long overdue tax and capital gains have been addressed. I kept putting it off, feeling overwhelmed to tackle it, that is until I contacted IWN. They have explained everything, hand held me throughout the process, been unbelievably patient, answered every question and got me through it. Huge thanks to the team who have all been involved. I particularly thank Junaid   for his knowledge, commitment and "we can do this" attitude. What a star.
